[Highland Park] Stone stairways in the park

The stone stairways behind the pool, and particularly the one behind the duck pond, are getting very overgrown. Whenever I walk there, I spend a few minutes pulling weeds, but on my own I'm not making much progress. If other walkers could do the same, it would really help maintain those trails.
