Ideally I am looking for a 1 to 2 bedroom duplex or townhouse for rent of around $700 a month with gas and electric to pay (if all utilities included of course rent could be higher). I would be fine at minimum with a spacious 1 bedroom apartment, but am really hoping for laundry in the unit, onsite, or shared with no more than 2 or 3 units. Easy access to a park for my very well behaved 7 year old female beagle would be a big advantage!

If anyone knows of any openings in Highland Park or any other nice part of town, please let me know.
