We live just up the hill from Highland Park in Stanton Heights. We have a nice 2 room third floor apartment that we have "rented" to a live-in babysitter for the past several months through an arrangement of babysitting hours in exchange for rent. She has accepted a job in another area and is moving out, and we would love to find someone else to live in the apartment through a similar arrangement of either free or low (depending on specifics of the arrangement) rent in exchange for babysitting hours. Obviously, since we would be trusting that person with our children, we would want to get to know them, be able to contact references, etc. If you or someone you know could be a good fit for this, please let us know!
