I am posting this for a dear friend who said she saw a pigeon sitting on the grass on N. St. Clair Street. It is injured, but alive. It is on the left-hand side as you go north on N. St. Clair, between the sidewalk and the curb. The same block as At the Park, between Bryant Street and the alley behind At the Park. It is still alive and moves its head. Does anyone have any suggestions for getting this pigeon some medical help?

Also: my friend already tried calling Animal Rescue, who said they could not come out to pick up the pigeon. Any other ideas?
