Dear Neighbors,<br><br>I am trying to assemble a list of emergency numbers for renters, including who to call if there&#39;s a water leak, a gas leak, a parking problem (somebody parking in front of the garage), a fallen tree . . . etc.<br>

<br>Having just moved here recently, I don&#39;t have that list of emergency numbers myself - can anybody help with a list of emergency/useful numbers for Highland Park residents?<br><br>thanks!<br>
