I have a fruit fly culture (melanogaster, flightless fruit flies) on hand that did not arrive in time to feed my kids' praying mantis hatchlings that emerged during the recent cold snap. We had to release the hatchlings since we couldn't feed them and now there's no one to eat these tasty fruit flies.
