Looking for a 1BR apartment in Pt. Breeze/Squirrel Hill/Highland Park/Morningside/Friendship/L-ville, etc.  Price range of around $500-$650 (possibly a little higher for the right place). 

Have to have:
- good natural light
- ability to have one stupendous cat (with landlord reference & vet/spay records, if needed)
- some trees and stuff around
- some character to the place (like, architecturally, or similar)
- hardwood floors, at least in part
- private porch or balcony (even if just a small one)

Would be nice to have:
- gas stove
- heat included
- dishwasher
- ceiling fans

In return can offer:
- quiet and respectful tenant seeking long-term home
- possibility of fresh baked goods on occasion

If anyone has a place to rent, or a lead, or just an offer to post it to your neighborhood listserve, or a place you walk/bike/drive past that has a sign out front, and looks like it might be my type, that would be super rad.  I would greatly appreciate any info.  If your lead leads me to my new digs, you will be offered the choice of several of my signature baked goods that are pretty darn good...ifidosaysomyself...
