[Highland Park] Bryant Street development still planned?

Upon writing my last email (about how fantastic the restaurants are that we currently have on Bryant St.), I realized I've been meaning to ask this on the listserv for a while: Does anyone know the status of what was supposed to be new construction occurring on Bryant St.? The HP newsletter earlier this year said groundbreaking would begin this summer, but, alas, it is October and no sign of new construction. Just wondering if these projects are still set to be completed, and, if so, when they may begin. More curious than anything b/c I love Bryant St. and would love to see a few more things for us all to enjoy (including a flower shop, hint hint) :^) Meg
