[Highland Park] cars speeding in the park

Neighbors, Is it my imagination or are more cars speeding through the park? This past Sunday I saw a motorcycle doing 40+ and ditto two cars later on. With all the walkers, kids, and bikes, that is a problem. Tony Silvestre
