Hello HP'ers:

 

The Highland Park Tree Tenders and Tree Pittsburgh are hosting the second of three spring tree care events Tuesday April  17 from 6PM to 8PM.

We're going to meet at the corner of Stanton and Farragut and work our way toward the park entrance. Mulching and weeding as we go. Maybe some pruning too.

These trees were planted in the Fall of 2010.

 

Tree Pittsburgh has a registration form on their website to track how many volunteers to expect.

If you have never participated in a Tree Event this would be a great introduction and an opportunity learn more about the street tree program.
