The Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Services is evaluating how we inform and connect with residents to inform the creation of internal policies and procedures so that all departments are sharing information about their work clearly and consistently.  

Please take our User Survey, and share it with your neighbors, to let us know how EngagePGH, the city’s digital engagement platform, works for your neighborhood!  

EngagePGH hosts hundreds of project pages for residents to access updates on capital and infrastructure projects, planning and budgeting processes, and other city initiatives. This platform is both a way to share information and solicit feedback, ensuring our projects and programs serve residents in a welcoming way so all can thrive.
