Hello All

The City does a pickup of yard debris twice a year, and the Spring one is coming up on Saturday, May 19th.  You need to have your stuff out there early, just like trash pickup, so put it out Friday evening.

We are to put all loose leaves, lawn clippings, and plants in brown yard/leaf bags.  All twigs and branches are to be tied in bundles not exceeding 5 feet in length.  There is no limit to how much you can put out.  Do not put stones, dirt, or rocks out, since they will not pick them up.

So, if you are like me, putting the yard debris out will make room to buy more stuff at the HPCC Yard Sale on Sunday, June 3rd.

If you don't get it all out on May 19th, you can drop it off yourself at one of the yard debris locations (closest is at Dallas and Hamilton Avenues) or keep it until November 10th for the Fall pickup.
