Hello neighbors!
I wanted to invite you to my new fitness class at Los Sabrosos Dance and Fitness at 4909 Penn Ave. starting Saturday mornings at 9AM in January! If you want to start the year off strong, the class details are below:

A circuit-based training for those wanting to dance their way into tighter soft spots!

BOOTYCAMP is a full-body strength and toning workout that combines circuits of body weight resistance and plyometric exercises with high-intensity cardio dance. We call this "tumbao", the Spanish word for Afro Caribbean flavor, as our music includes Latin rhythms and Afrobeats. The 1-hour class structure is:

Warm Up
Lower Body Circuit
TUMBAO (Group Cardio)
Upper Body Circuit
TUMBAO (Group Cardio)
Core Circuit
TUMBAO (Group Cardio)
Cool Down / Stretch

Please Bring:
- Comfortable Clothing that allows you to move and sweat!
- Gym shoes (I use Nike cross trainers, but running shoes will work for this class.)
- Drinking water
- A winning attitude-- HECK YEAH!!

This class is an inclusive environment, and ALL are welcome. We can provide modified exercise options. Se habla español.
