Vintage Senior Center will be hosting a COVID-19 booster clinic on Thursday, November 4, in partnership with Shop ‘n Save Rx

Eligibility:

· Age 65+

· Age 18+ with underlying health conditions

· Age 18+ working or living in high risk or long-term care settings

· It has been at least six months since your second vaccine shot of Moderna of Pfizer

· It has been at least two months since your single vaccine shot of Johnson & Johnson

Please note that only the Moderna booster will be available.
