Fall classes for Chop, WOK & Talk! Chinese ISept. 30, October, 7, 14, & 21        Tuesday evenings from 6:30-9:30 PM
                                                $220.00 for the series or $55.00 for 1 class
 
    Sept 30th: beef sates, Szechuan peanut noodles, potstickers with chili dipping sauce, egg drop soup, 
                    Mandarin beef with snow peas and red peppers, lichee chicken, & white rice
 
     Oct. 7th:    honey-hoisin ribs, crab puffs with a blackberry ginger sauce, hot and sour soup, lettuce wraps
                    Kung pao chicken, orange beef with broccoli, & fried rice.
 
    Oct. 14th:  fresh vegetable spring rolls with an orange chili sauce, chicken dumplings with a chili lime      
                    cilantro sauce, hunan pork with black beans and crispy noodles, mango shrimp with onions, 
                    snow peas, and red peppers, vegetable lo mein, & spicy chicken and eggplant.
 
     Oct.  21st: shrimp egg rolls, panko and cashew coated pork slices with a peach ginger sauce, wonton
                    soup, mu shu pork, General Tso's chicken & broccoli, & an Asian fondue.

    Oct. 2:         calamari with coconut dip, beef satay with peanut sauce, Thai potstickers, spicy
                     coconut chicken soup, shrimp and scallops in red curry, green mango salad, jasmine
                     rice, coconut banana cream custard, & Thai iced tea
   
     Oct. 9:       mango chicken lettuce wraps, corn cakes with a cucumber peanut sauce, lemongrass
                     wings in red curry, shrimp pad Thai, pork panang curry with pineapple, Beef rendang (dry
                     curry), coconut shrimp and pineapple salad with coconut dressing, jasmine rice & milk tea.
 
    Oct. 16:      pesto salmon skewers with plum sauce, five spice pork roll ups with cilantro vinaigrette,
                    chili shrimp wonton soup, steamed chicken dumplings with peanut sauce, pineapple fried rice,
                    green chicken curry, Thai beef salad, sticky rice dessert & Thai iced coffee.
