'hands-on' cooking lessons start next week. There are 2
openings in the Chinese series and 2 openings in the Thai series.
If you cannot make all the classes it is possible to take 1 or
2 classes as long as there is room. Come

Kung pao chicken, orange beef with broccoli, & fried rice.
Oct. 14th: fresh
vegetable spring rolls with an orange chili sauce, chicken dumplings with a
chili lime
cilantro
sauce, hunan pork with black beans and crispy noodles, mango shrimp with
onions,
snow peas, and red peppers, vegetable lo mein, & spicy chicken and
eggplant.
Oct. 21st: shrimp egg
rolls, panko and cashew coated pork slices with a peach ginger sauce,
wonton
soup, mu shu pork, General Tso's chicken & broccoli, & an Asian
fondue.

coffee.
