As-in condition - we bought this at Construction Junction 10+ years ago. The knobs come off the drawers easily (I think the bottom one is missing) and the feet need reinforced. So it's got issues that can be fixed (or you can live with) but it looks decent and holds a lot. 

Pick-up from our house in highland park - there are 15-20 steps from street to curb. You haul.
