I have received several requests for the name of the plumber that help me with the water leak.

He came and did the final digging to fully expose the leaking pipe, then He was honest enough and nice to call the City (PWSA)

and told them that the leak was so close to the valve that they should come and replace the valve. I paid him $350.

The city said that they will come and replace the valve and fix the leak also.
