This position is for an administrative assistant and is currently shared among 3 physicians at 2 different locations (Highland Park and Allison Park). We primarily use Mac computers. There are 2 different electronic medical record systems being used.
About 75% of the work is in the front office (answering phones, handling faxes, etc) and requires computer skills and the ability to learn how to access both electronic medical record systems and learn specific work processes for the physicians. Some of the work could be done from home.
The position is flexible as far as location, but will be shared between our two office locations. All the docs are also moms and have young families, so we are somewhat flexible and willing to work with you on the schedule if you are a great fit!
Must have clearances and be willing to undergo a criminal background check.
