Please be advised that the Zoning Board of Adjustment will hear a proposal for variances for a property in Highland Park on Thursday, June 27, 2013: 

 

· 5718 Elgin St - Urban Agriculture accessory use for 12 poultry birds on single-family dwelling  (Requesting Special Exception for urban agriculture use, Variance for 12 chickens when 6 permitted, and Variance for 10ft side setback for chicken coop when 30ft required)
