I know that the plumber and roofer recommendation lists have been circulating, but I'm looking for two specific things and I wanted to know if anybody could make recommendations based on the things I need to be completed:

 

Plumber: I need an external drain snaked

Roofer: Somebody that specializes or has experience with flat rubber rolled roofs as mine is leaking
