My little guy is going through so few diapers a day that I have to decide whether to use a lot of water washing just a few diapers, or to switch to disposables for the hopefully little time left we have in diapers.  So I'm selling my Bum Genius 3.0s... a little bittersweet!

I have 18 diapers that really worked well for us from the time my son was about 2 months old until 2 1/2 years.  We found that number to be sufficient for us to do a wash every 2 days generally.  I washed with Charlie's laundry soap and air-dried the covers.  My son enjoyed the fewest incidents of diaper rash of all my kids!  But on those few occasions I lined the diaper with a fleece rectangle so I was able to medicate for the rash and not compromise the absorbency of the diaper.  I can pass along those fleece liners as well as the very bare-bones flannel cloth wipes I used (which aren't stain-free but they are clean!).

I have replaced the velcro tabs on some, and have replacements that I will pass along, along with replacement elastic for the legs (which I haven't found to be necessary to replace).  18 newborn inserts (also used them for doublers) and 2 bamboo doublers.  15 white diapers and 3 green (the light green color).  There are few stubborn spots on some of the inside of the diapers but no major staining.  The inserts have stains that the sun hasn't been able to take care of -- they're clean though!  Personally I was happy enough to let the stains be on clean diapers, instead of weakening the fabric further with more bleach than necessary.

Asking $8/diaper.  I think we paid $17/diaper new -- and to buy new today the price for today's version is $18.95 each.
