I am hoping to install around 1000 sq. ft of solid maple hardwood flooring. I already have it stripped to the subfloor and will likely go with a prefinished product. I've decided against going with a big box store. Anybody have great results from a local installer, or horror stories of who to avoid? Also if you have recently installed and you liked the brand you selected, would love to hear your thoughts on that as well.
