Going to the Home & Garden Show at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center this week?
 
Be sure to stop by the Pittsburgh Public Market's table in the Bidwell Garden Display, Booth #1239.  We are offering an exclusive 10% off card at the Show.  Bring it in to the Market during any business hours (Fridays 10 - 4, Saturdays 9 - 5, Sundays 10 - 4) to receive 10% all merchandise available from our vendors (excluding alcohol and milk).  The coupon is good through Sunday, March 11th.
 
The Market is located between 16th & 17th Streets on Smallman in the Strip District.  We are one block from Wholey's. 
 
Market merchandise includes such things as:

• Locally-brewed beers;
• Great prepared hot foods (pierogies, hot dogs, soup, Caribbean cuisine).  Many of our vendors offer vegetarian and vegan selections.
• Baked goods;
• Locally-produced wines;
• Other food items (olive oil & tasty vinegars, organic produce, homemade jams & jellies, locally-cured meats, fresh cheeses, organic milk);
• Hand-made goods (jewelry, bath & body supplies, clothing, decor).

 
Visit us on Saturdays and you'll see a few extra merchants with locally-grown produce, canned goods, salsas and fresh, pasture-raised beef.
 
And, you know what's great?  Every booth in the Market is utilized by local, small businesses.  One of them, Olio Fresca, is even owned and operated by a Highland Parker.
 
Now, I know my Highland Parkers.  We like fresh foods, good products, friendly people and supporting our local economy.  So get out there!
