11/12    Tapas & Paella:  Tuesday evening 6:00-9:00 PM/$70.00 asparagus wrapped in salmon with a garlic aioli, fried cheese with red and green jam, Spanish meatballs, stuffed mushrooms, seafood Paella, Serrano ham & arugula salad with Cabrales blue cheese & hazelnut vinaigrette, white sangria and Spanish hot chocolate
 
11/13    Thai:  Wednesday evening 6:00-9:00 PM/$65.00 (3 seats available) Thai butternut squash soup, chicken filled wonton baskets, beef panang curry with vegetables, peanut noodle salad, mango BBQ chicken, and shrimp and lychee fried spring rolls with a sweet chili dipping sauce
 
11/14    Chinese:  Thursday evening 6:00-9:00 PM/$65.00 sizzling rice soup, Kung Poa pork, coconut shrimp with a fig ginger sauce, five flavored shrimp & eggplant in garlic sauce, golden coin beef, and mango wontons with lime sauce (gluten free except for dessert)
 
11/16    Date Night Dining:  Saturday evening 6:00-10:00 PM/$140.00 per couple/BYOB (4 seats available) onion bisque, fig and stilton stuffed turkey breast with a port sauce, sauteed Brussel sprouts with pecans and blue cheese, potato puff, fruit salad with oranges, avocados, grapefruit & pomegranates, plus a pumpkin crème brulee (gluten free)
 
11/17    Healthy Foods for Life (lunch):  Sunday afternoon 4:00-6:00 PM/$40.00 creamy cauliflower soup, bean burger, sweet sweet potato & carrot fries, quinoa with Brussel sprouts, avocado and tahini sauce and chocolate cupcakes with coconut milk icing
 
11/19    Moroccan:  Tuesday evening 6:00-9:00 PM/$70.00  beef kebabs Marrakesh style, chicken b'stilla,  tangerine and kalamata olive salad, lamb tagine with honey, apricots & yogurt sauce, lemon couscous with pignolia nuts, Moroccan tea & coffee, and phyllo pastries with orange-flower custard and fresh berries
 
11/20    Healthy Foods for Life (breakfast):  Wednesday evening 6:00-8:00 PM/$40.00 choco-kale shake, omelet muffins, pumpkin pie quinoa casserole and millet zucchini waffles
 
11/21    Gluten Free Thai:  Thursday evening 6:00-9:00 PM/$65.00  tom yum soup, corn fritters with a cucumber salsa, pesto salmon with a spicy cherry glaze, pineapple fried rice, green mango salad, and sticky rice with mangoes for dessert
 
11/22    Italian:  Friday evening 6:00-9:00 PM/$65.00 (sold out)
 
11/25    French Dinner:  Monday evening 6:00-9:00 PM/$80.00 and wines included (6 seats available) foie gras on toasted baguettes with a blackberry gastrique, chicken in a Normande cider sauce, roasted carrots, pommes Anna (potatoes), salad course with three select cheeses, and a poached pear in red wine with crème fraiche
 
12/1    Gluten Free Holiday Treats:  Sunday 4:00-7:00 PM/$50.00  chocolate bark with cherries & pistachios, raspberry almond thumbprint cookies, Christmas cake pops, cut out butter cookies, and a no bake double chocolate torte
 
12/2    Vegetarian Tapas:  Monday evening 6:00-9:00 PM/$70.00 (6 seats available) roasted onions with Cabrales blue cheese, almonds, chives & balsamic drizzle, Manchego croquettes with a quince sauce, flatbread with onions, peppers & cheese, sautéed mushrooms, grilled vegetables with romesco sauce, orange salad with sunflower seeds, almonds, black olives & mint, churros & hot chocolate plus sangria
 
12/4    French:  Wednesday evening 6:00-9:00 PM same menu as 11/25 (sold out)
 
12/6    Feast of the Seven Fishes:  Friday evening 6:00-10:00 PM/$80.00/BYOB (3 seats available) fritto misto, salmon alfredo, Caesar salad with homemade croutons, baked sole in a fennel citrus sauce, garlic bread, green beans with a lemon sauce & fresh bread crumbs, stuffed calamari, lobster risotto, and stuffoli (Christmas honey fritters) for dessert
 
12/7    Feast of the Seven Fishes:  Saturday evening 6:00-10:00 PM/$80.00/BYOB (6 seats available)  same menu as 12/6

12/13   Date Night Dining:  Friday evening 6:00-10:00 PM/$140.00 per couple/BYOB (6 seats available) wild mushroom bisque, sirloin steak with blackberry compound butter, blue cheese soufflé, creamed spinach, grilled romaine lettuce salad with tomatoes & bacon, and baked Alaska for dessert
