I live in the bubble inbetween Highland, Negley and Bryant and I need to get to 28 N on Sunday morning right during the Marathon. Just wondering if I park north of Bryant on Saturday if I will experience open roads to the HP bridge that morning? I think I will, but I wanted to check with those who know...the neighborhood.
