ISO short term bedroom for researcher

Hello everyone, I have a professional connection who needs a short term place to stay from approximately July 10th to July 31st. He is a researcher relocating to Pittsburgh who needs a comfortable and safe room with basic amenities and wifi, before August 1st. He will be working at Shadyside UPMC so the commute from Highland Park isn't too far. Please let me know if you have anything available or know of anything that is a more affordable option than a hotel room. Thank you in advance! Melissa
