Neighbors, Cmdr Brackney has been emailing off the list. She's talking to my neighbor and will provide her assistance. I'm interested in the 911 phenomenon as well. There's actually a police entity (not No. 5) that determines if something is valid or not, isn't this quite subjective? As a neighborhood, how can we address this very serious issue?
