As recommended, I’ve taken down my main bird feeder and emptied the bird bath. I cleaned the feeder so it is ready to go back up at some point. Is there any acceptable way to feed the birds at the moment? And is it all birds? For example, I had a thistle seed “sock” hanging, but none of the birds which feed there’re on the affected list of birds. Can it go back up?
For a while, I noticed more birds scavenging the ground under where the feeder was hanging but I think they now have found any seed there.
