We have used Vince Mirror and Glass for our repairs for quite a few years now. Vince seems to work solely on his own, but he is expedient and his prices are really reasonable. We had about 6 blocks repaired in 2007 for $350 which included materials and labor. The repair is barely noticeable except for the new caulking. His number is 412-931-4994.

We used Pittsburgh Glass Brick Co in 2004. Our basement had block
window, but we wanted vents, so we replaced 3 windows with
glass-block-vent-windows.. In the laundry room, we had a regular glass
window and replaced it with a block window for the dryer. The cost in
10/04 was $520--parts and labor.

would recommend Andy (I forget his last name). I moved into my house on Heberton in January and got him to work on a large set of 2 windows in my basement the very next day. He took about 4 hours to do the window (block by block - he doesn't believe in prefabricated units).
