I have two questions that have been tugging at me for months now. I suppose I could search on the web for answers, but you all are insanely good at knowing things, so here they are:

1 - Is N. Highland Avenue between Stanton and Penn Circle really a four lane street????? It's not marked as such, and for some reason the ambiguity drives me absolutely nuts, especially when combined with the impatience of the drivers along that stretch who assume they can do things like "pass on the right". Can anyone clear this up?

2 - What's up with the empty grassy lots next to Park Bruges on Bryant? Just curious.
