Neighbors, I am happily serving on the board of a Pittsburgh-based youth orchestra, and have attached a flyer for a free concert at St. Andrew's church at 3:00 pm on Sunday (13). The EPYO (Eastern Pittsburgh Youth Orchestra), with cellist Paul Critser as musical director has been around for nine years.
