Hello Everyone, I am sorry to be late with this. Yesterday afternoon around 4:00 I was walking on Negley at Beverly Place when I encountered a small boned solid gray cat. It was scared and also friendly. I noticed an indentation around its neck from what would have been a collar. Kitty attempted to cross Negley but the traffic scared it back and it ran down Beverly. I did not have a phone with me to snap a photo to post. This must be someone's pet due it having lost its collar.
