I have two openings in the Thai cooking series. You may register for
1 class or all of them. The cost is $55.00 per class. Classes are
Saturday afternoons from 1:00-4:00 PM.

November 1st:
Calamari with spicy coconut dip, beef sates with peanut sauce, potstickers,
coconut chicken soup, shrimp and scallops in red curry, green mango salad,
coconut cake with a mango sauce, and Thai iced coffee.
November 8th:
Mango chicken lettuce wraps, corn cakes with a sweet cucumber and peanut
sauce, fried lemongrass chicken planks in a red curry sauce, pad Thai, panang
and pineapple pork curry (from scratch), Thai pasta salad, ice cream with a
chili peanut sauce.
November 15th:
pesto salmon skewers with plum sauce, Tom Yum soup (spicy), steamed chicken
dumplings with peanut sauce, pineapple fried rice, green chicken curry, Thai
beef salad, and sticky rice with mangoes.
