Dear neighbors,

I am thinking of downsizing and am looking to sell my house at 6051 Grafton Street.  I love our neighborhood and if I could quickly sell my house, I might be able to purchase a smaller one not yet on the market.  My house is a sincerely charming house with 4 small bedrooms, 2 small baths and a beautiful native plant garden inside a fenced yard…oh yes and also a 2 car detached garage.  I’m a single woman now and feel it’s time to move into something smaller and more manageable for 1 person.  I’m hoping to sell it for something in the upper 2’s.
