I would call animal control, they can try to catch the dog and then take him/her to ARL and the dog will be safer than running the streets, Sadly it amazes me that people do not realize their dog is missing sometimes, although I know this does happen.

I am a volunteer with ARL as are some others in HP. Thanks for posting about this nice dog. I hope he/she gets home soon.

I hope the owners read this list or perhaps someone knows its owners.  It is scary as dog running up and down N. Highland Ave.
