I just wanted to send you a quick email referring a great real estate agent... Her name is Jennifer Rausch and she is with Prudential Preferred Realty.
This is my first time buying a house, and she has been very patient with me and has guided me through the steps that I needed. Also, my budget is not real big and I was scared when I started this venture that I would be treated as a second thought. Not true!! She is amazing at responding to emails, texts, and phone calls. The biggest thing that I can say about her is that I 100% trust her... She is not a pushy sales person that talks you into the first house so she can get her commission... she has been guiding me through what I needed to look for and suggested I keep looking after a
few houses that I looked at were not right for me.
If this is your first house or the fifth one that you are buying...Jen is your agent! If you have a house to sell, call her also :)
To people thinking about buying a house...THIS IS THE TIME TO DO IT!! I am doing an FHA loan and the interest rates are crazy low!!
Please give her a try...she was not my first agent, so I know what some are like.
