First of all, it's East Liberty Development's (ELDI) 26th and final house that was part of a New Market Tax Credit (NMTC) that began in 2018. Through this program we built a variety of homes to sell - 18 were affordable (sold to homeowners at 80% or below of Pittsburgh's Area Median Income) and 8 were sold to market rate buyers. Second, there's an Open House this Saturday, November 11th if you'd like to see it.
