Have been cutting Christmas trees for years with our kids, unfortunately our favorite tree farm closed a couple years ago. Tried others and haven’t been happy with farm and/or price. We found Renick’s Tree Farm this weekend. Definitely our new place.

 

We paid $16 (yep!) for a really nice 8 foot white pine. Although a sign said ‘$6 for baling’ they baled it for us at no cost. They have at least 6 varieties – you tell them what you want and they’ll point out the direction to hike.

 

Beautiful farm … many acres, scenic old barn and lake on the property- perfect for Christmas pictures. They also had a huge bunch of pre-cut trees.

About 50 minute drive north up Rt 8.
