I have been very satisfied with Iezzi’s on Bryant St. It is a family business.  One brother does automotive, the other bodywork in the same place. Convenient walking distance for me.

I've been using Baum Blvd Automotive for 20 years (though it's been called by different names and re-located over the years).  Chuck, the owner, is a great guy. All of their mechanics are good, honest, and reasonable. The phone number: 412-682-1866. They do have a waiting room with magazines and coffee.

Anyone  have a recommendation for an auto mechanic and/or garage
somewhere  reasonably close?    I need to have a bit of engine  work
done.

Bonus points if they have a place to sit and wait and/or  are next to
such a place.  I'm partly disabled and don't get around  very well, so
the "drop off car and walk to bus stop where you stand and  wait for
bus" scenario doesn't work very well for me  :).

Thanks!
