I'm working on a documentary project about local fish frys and was looking for suggestions. I know the Diocese of Pittsburgh always puts out a list of local parish frys, but I'm looking for personal recommendations- where's the best food? the best atmosphere? the longest running? the most neighborhood-y? do you know folks who work there? have they been doing it forever?

I'm sure you get the general idea. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
