Hello neighbors!

 I'm looking for your recommendations for someone who can do good interior painting, and possibly also minor repair work like replacing baseboard trim. 

 Seeking someone who is a good communicator- responsive to emails and/or phone calls in a timely manner. If you have worked with someone you would recommend, please share!
