Fifth Avenue Family Child Care is a parent led co-op, housed on The Ellis School campus for over 25 years. We are looking for a dynamic caregiver with experience working with infants to preschool aged children to join our team starting full time on August 20, 2018. We value creativity, child-led exploration, patience, reliability, and diversity. Providing a safe and enriching environment for play-based learning is a vital aspect of the position. Also included in the responsibilities for this role are: changing diapers, assistance with toilet learning, light food prep, meal assistance, light cleaning, and day to day communication with parents.

Our hours of operation are 7:30-4:45, Monday-Friday, during the school year, from August 20, 2018-June 7, 2019. Candidate must be available to work during these hours and must possess or obtain FBI, Act 33/34 clearances. High school diploma/GED are required with two years experience working with children.
