Thankfully, this was an issue of a secondary disinfectant not being at high enough levels and parasites were not actually found.  The issue here is PWSA's timing on alerting the public.  Should this have been a heightened emergency what is their protocol? Why wasn't this announced immediately through the press, social media, employees being knowledgeable of the situation, door hangers, etc...?

Keep in mind - PWSA was given the order at around 10 am on Tuesday morning from the DEP.
