Membership card for Enjoy book 2014

Hello HP Neighbors! I am hoping that someone may have a Membership card for the 2014 Enjoy book? We have one - but I cannot find it and of course, we would like to go to one of the places that require the card (so they can punch it) this week! I am still searching for it - so it may come up....but thought to ask just in case it does not in the time frame we need one. We would like to use it for Thursday, 10/16.....it will be returned either later that evening or the next day!!!
