Hi Neighbors.

We need to replace our detached garage and would love some recommendations for contractors to use and/or avoid.  We need to go down to the foundation and will do the driveway too.  While we're doing this big project, we want to explore adding solar to the garage to power the house.  We have a clay tile roof, so we can't add directly to the house, but we've seen detached garages with solar panels in the neighborhood and are considering that route.  Would love to hear your experiences.
