Anyone out there that can help me understand the best way to cut the cord on my cable using an HD Antenna?

I'm also trying to figure out what kind of a DVR I should buy to record from the antenna and from streaming content.

I'd be happy to pay someone a little consulting fee for the help. My entertainment system is a little complicated...
