Yoga and meditation both share the purpose: 'cessation of the fluctuations of the mind' (Patanjali). When the mind is quite, the body is as well and deep intuition and inspiration is available. A quote to ponder:

Tuesday's 8 - 9 a.m. class is now located at the First United Methodist Church (FUMC) in a lovely room known as the Chapel. FUMC is located at 5401 Centre Ave. 15232, just 2 miles or a 9 minutes drive from the Bryant St. location. There is plenty of room and all are welcome! This class is $10, please bring your mat and wear comfortable clothes.

There are parking lots for both the Stephen Foster Community Center- off Fisk St.,- as well as at the First United Methodist Church, there is a free parking lot off Centre Ave., and free spaces on the S. Aiken side of the church. 

Sunday, February 25, Yoga Class 9:15 - 10:30 a.m. at the JCC Squirrel Hill. Parking is free in Squirrel Hill on Sundays.
