We are so excited to kick off our 6th (!) season of Walk with a Doc in Highland Park.

If you aren’t familiar, Walk with a Doc is a national organization and I started a chapter in HP in 2020. 

We start with a quick chat about a health topic and then take a 45 minute, walk at your own pace, free community walk around the reservoir.

Our walks this year are as follows, April through September:

This year’s walks are sponsored by Direct Care Physicians of Pittsburgh, Rebel Wellness, and Drayer PT.

We will email the list serve each week that we have scheduled walks, but stay up to date by following us on instagram @walkwithadoc_pittsburgh and Facebook  

We look forward to kicking off the season (finally no freezing rain, but bundle up) Sunday, April 13th, from 8:30-9:15 am. We meet at the water fountain.
