Is there anyone out there who could meet with me once to teach me a simple way to insert chapters in my videos?  I have already gone the “google it” route and the consensus was to download “Drax”, but it was rejected by Norton so I didn’t trust it.  I have Nero, Freemake, and Handbrake.  I really need a human to point me in the right direction.  I am past the solving it myself stage.  Thanks!
