[Highland Park] Car breakin on Grafton St. 10:00 am. Tuesday

I just witnessed two young, school age, black kids try the doors of a car parked in front of our house. By the time I got to the porch and yelled at them they had rifled through a neighbors car and were carrying something away. They turned into Sheridan heading South.
